Terms of service
These terms govern the use of RepoFit. By creating an account or using the service, you accept what follows. They are written to be readable: if something isn't clear, write to us and we'll clarify it.
1.Who provides the service
RepoFit is a service operated by SISIP SPA, a company incorporated and domiciled in Chile. Where these terms say "we", they mean SISIP SPA; where they say "you", the person or entity using the service.
2.What the service is, and what it isn't
The service measures how ready a code repository is for AI agents to work in it, returns a score with its findings, and offers a remediation path that your own agent executes. It is a diagnostic tool: its results are a measurement over signals in the repository, not a certification, not a security audit, and not professional advice. The decisions you make based on the score are yours. The deep analysis is run by the AI agent you choose, with your credentials and under that agent provider's terms: we are not a party to that relationship and we do not answer for what that provider does.
3.Your account
You need an account to use most of the service. You are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for everything that happens under it. You must give us truthful registration details and keep them up to date. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us.
4.Your repositories and your content
Everything you connect or create in the service remains yours: we acquire no ownership over your code, your documentation, or the content you produce on the platform. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence we need to provide the service to you: to read the metadata declared in our privacy policy, process it, and show you the results. That licence ends when you disconnect the repository or delete your account. By connecting a repository you represent that you have the right to do so.
5.Acceptable use
You may not use the service to analyze repositories you have no rights over; to attempt to access other users' or workspaces' data; to circumvent the service's technical, size, or rate limits; to subject it to loads that degrade its availability for others; or for any unlawful purpose. The public repository scanner exists to evaluate open repositories, not to build rankings or profiles of third parties.
6.Plans, price, and changes
Today the diagnosis is offered at no cost and without requiring a payment method. We do not promise it will be free indefinitely: we may introduce paid plans or change the scope of the free plan. If we do, we will give you at least thirty days' notice at your account email, and no price change will apply to you retroactively. If a change doesn't suit you, you can close your account before it takes effect.
7.Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and as available. We take care that it works and that the measurements are correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a given score will produce a particular outcome in your project. The rubric evolves and is versioned precisely so that you can know which instrument did the measuring.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it and one hundred United States dollars. This limitation does not apply — and we say so rather than leaving it to interpretation — to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to personal injury, or to any liability applicable law does not allow to be limited; in particular, if you are a consumer, nothing in this clause reduces the rights your country's law grants you on a non-waivable basis.
9.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you want, from the application itself. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where a rule requires us to. Except in an emergency or where legally prevented, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix it. On termination, your data is deleted according to the periods in the privacy policy.
10.Our intellectual property
The service, its software, the rubric, the remediation playbooks, and the brand are ours or our licensors'. You may use them for what the service allows; you may not copy them, resell them, or build a derivative product from them. Your repository's score, on the other hand, is a result about your code and you are free to use and publish it.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will notify you by email at least thirty days in advance and update the date in the header. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
12.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Chilean law and disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago de Chile. That choice **takes nothing away from you**: if you are a consumer, you keep the right to sue and be sued before the courts of your own domicile and to invoke the consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which prevail over this clause wherever they are more favourable to you.
